You may be a senior leader with significant responsibility, a manager changing position or sector, facing a major threshold in your personal life or looking to live a deeper sense of purpose and contribution in all that you do.
We create powerful adventures to explore our personal and professional edges in this time of great transition and transformation.
Sometimes those adventures will be gentle, held in simple places surrounded by beautiful nature, so that we can harvest the precious gifts of our growth and put them into practice back in daily life.
Others will take place in lovely spaces in the centre of large urban areas, to re-energise our impact in whatever we do.
We are curious to play with these two syncopated regenerative impulses and watch them ripple out into the world.
And we also accompany leaders, practitioners, guides, teachers and performers who walk others to their thresholds. We find ourselves at them too.

From September 2025, there will be a myriad of opportunities to work with us individually!
Come to one of our weekends on the annual Solstices and Equinoxes, where we turn inwards to reflect on what wants to come through us into the world in our practice as leaders, facilitators, guides, mentors, designers and therapists.
So if you can’t make the next event, choose from one of the other yearly gatherings that always take place in beautiful, natural places.
They are intentionally simple but powerful containers, inspired by the seasons and the natural elements, to help us grow from the inside out.
Or if you prefer something more dynamic, join us for an energetic reset close to the Perihelion at the start of each year and a second one on the Aphelion in early July.
These will invite you to expand who you believe yourselves to be so that you can create greater impact in whatever you do in the world.

Walk with a guide

We know these places well.
The moments when the old scaffolding falls away, when our own edges rise up, and the path ahead feels uncertain, sometimes wildly so.
We will not try to fix you or tell you what’s next.
Instead, we offer companionship and deep witnessing — walking beside you in a way that honours your sovereignty and the intelligence of life itself.
Sometimes that’s in stillness; sometimes it’s with our feet on the earth, letting the conversation move with us.
Together, we’ll listen for what’s essential, welcome what’s emerging, and midwife the shift from what has been… into what’s truer.
